This thesis studies the existing design and manufacturing system of a container enterprise and optimizes its existing problems.By using the parametric design of SolidWorks software,the computer-aided 3d design technology can replace the original 2d design.In this thesis,the parts library is established,and the layout algorithm of the parts is studied,which solves the shortcomings in the original blanking process and improves the utilization rate of the materials.Through data management technology and connection with actual production,the same platform design of data is realized,which shortens the life cycle of products,saves costs,solves the current needs of enterprises and has certain practical value for enterprises.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:1)This thesis studies container parts and assemblies,establishes container standard parts library and non-standard parts library,USES secondary development technology to model parts through SolidWorks software,and realizes the call and parameter driven reconstruction of container parts model on SolidWorks platform based on parametric design technology.2)The skeleton model of the housing container designed by the enterprise is established,and the common variable size modules of the container are dimensioned and reconstructed by using the common modular design in parametric design.The SolidWorks API interface and functions are used to extract the product information while realizing the key size drive,and realize the data management of container products through the plug-in interface.3)Optimize the nesting process of container parts.Container parts are mainly divided into wire rod parts and plate parts.In the process of wire rod layout,simplex method is adopted for optimization.For the plate layout,the remaining rectangle layout algorithm is used to optimize the layout.In the layout process,the processing technology of the parts themselves is considered for pretreatment.The punching parts and bending parts are calculated for the system material opening length,and the final optimized layout result and the blanking process card of the parts are output.4)In the process of layout,establish residual material management mechanism,set residual material selection rules,and set coding rules for residual material,so that the residual material can be reused.5)Set up the overall system to form a platform for data integrity,information interaction and sharing,and a system that can be well interrelated among all links to realize information extraction and data management in the process of container design and manufacturing.To sum up,the design in this thesis can effectively improve the design efficiency of containers,improve the utilization rate of materials,and improve the level of enterprise informatization,which has good theoretical significance and engineering application value.
