Comparative Study Of China And Mongolia Construction Project Cost Management

Following the development of each country, construction firms are rapidly developing, modern architecture is not just four walls, they have a unique style a unique design and they have carefully format management. So how will the construction firms adapt to the situation, how to chose the right direction, how to make the correct investment decision, hence to increase control over construction cost is to attend problems related to construction firm and their development, the basic origin of these problems is the management of construction cost. An important part of construction project management is the project cost management and cost certainty, construction cost is the measurement and calculation of every stage of a construction project by so doing we can clearly identify the different stages of construction cost and can have better management of funds and also correct shortcomings. In short the certainty of construction cost and the control of construction cost can increase the level of construction cost, construction quality, the management of project safety and it is of great help to the whole construction management sector.This thesis analyze construction project cost, study from construction project from the investment stage to the implementation of project cost control and study completion phase implementation and characteristic of calculation methods. By comparing the cost of construction projects between Mongolia and China to improve the shortcomings and loopholes on the construction cost sector and to help in the development of constructing firms.The procedure of construction cost in the two countries are basically the same, so this thesis begin by the study of investment decision making stage and then move to the stage of completion and settlement cost methods and it characteristics. Then use a construction project between China and Mongolia as example, then conduct a research on the macroeconomic condition and characteristics of the project explore and control each, and every factor that have effect the formula, and finally do a summery of the measures taken and solutions.
