Construction Design Of The Cost Of Construction Projects

The basic purposes of construction management plan is to establish scientific and rational construction plan, to reasonably arrange for the smooth and orderly progress of the construction project, and to make effective use of the construction site in accordance with the basic laws of building construction, construction technology and management. Optimize the allocation and save human and material resources, capital, technology and other factors of production, to coordinate all aspects of work, to improve competitiveness, to make the construction carry out planed and rhythmic, to achieve good economic returns, social benefits and environmental benefits. At present, we usually pay attention to the advancement of technology and the reliability of quality, when we compile and evaluate construction organization designing, and neglect the important affection of construction organization designing in reducing the cost of the engineering.According to the basic theory of construction organization designing and construction project cost control, the article analyzed the construction preparations, construction layout, .construction methods, construction progress, resources blending planning of construction organization designing, using correlation analysis theory, then established the cost control affecting choice anglicizing model of based on GRA. We also analyzed the effects of construction organization designing on the design phase, the construction phase.This paper uses verification table method and ABC analysis method to analysis the main factors which influences the cost, based on the construction organization designing optimization principles and selection processes, established the preferred method of organization design using Fuzzy AHP, and proposing suggestions for how to control the main factors.Finally, according to a project example of railway engineering project exceptionally large bridge, use gray relational analysis, ABC analysis and so on to further verified the important role of meticulously organize construction organization designing in the cost control of engineering project. This paper also proposed a number of measures and recommendations of how to control cost, beginning with the construction organization designing, to guide future engineering project.We hope to clear the important role of construction organization designing in the cost control of engineering project through the paper, and provide reference for the engineering technology staffs in cost control.
