Study On Cost Management Of Building Construction

Construction industry has been in the development of China's national economy occupies an important position,and the development of national economy works,the majority of the people's life.With the rapid development of market economy in China in recent years,especially the rising prosperity of the real estate market,the construction industry has become the pillar industry of national economy in our country.But due to the economic environment of fierce market competition intensifying and the international financial crisis,the influence of the construction enterprise profit is more and more difficult.How to strengthen the cost management of construction,control resource consumption,reduce costs and increase efficiency for the enterprise,has always been the hot spot of the related research.Project cost management is a whole,overall,the whole process of dynamic management activities.Is to meet the engineering safety,quality,time limit for a project contract requirements under the premise of what happened in the process of engineering project cost,through effective planning,organization,control and coordination to reduce costs as much as possible with cost and realize the target profit,to create a good economic benefit of a scientific management activities.In this study,the author integrated use of the earned value method and theory analysis method,emphasizes the theory with practice,analysis solution actual problem,combine the theory research and practice activities.The first part is the overview on the current status of the project construction cost management research.Analysis at this stage for the engineering construction cost management at home and abroad,as well as the research target of this article and the analysis method.The second part is about our country present stage project construction cost management theory,including the meaning and structure of construction cost,the cost control principle and the main influencing factors of construction cost,the main method of construction cost control.The third part analyzes the current problems existing in the project construction cost management,including the needs to improve enterprise management mode,the project cost control method improvement,project cost management consciousness is not strong,at the same time,this paper discusses the can from the following aspects to improve,including the innovation of construction enterprise management idea,perfect the construction enterprise management system,enhance the level of project department site management,strengthen the consciousness of the cost of the management staff,and implement the cost management responsibility.By analyzing the problem to find measures,and puts forward the research direction of cost management.The fourth part has carried on the real engineering case analysis of comprehensive building A project as A case to illustrate the construction cost of construction engineering project,analysis the influencing factors of cost,pointed out some problems in the course of project implementation,and in view of the problem put forward the correspondingimprovement measures to construction enterprises,supporting the research conclusion in this paper at the same time for subsequent engineering construction enterprises to carry out the experiences and lessons.
