However, in the river of time, Huji Folk Art Fair hasups and downs. With the progress of productivity and the increasing cognition ofthe people, various cultures and arts communicate and collide with one another.Entering the modern age, particularly since the reform and opening-up,influenced by the domestic modern culture and inertia factors during thedevelopment itself, Huji Folk Art Fair now cannot develop based on theprimitive exchange of Chinese folk art forms. Many artistic forms and folkactivities have lost the traditional artistic sense of the original taste and flavor. Inorder to protect this artistic and cultural heritage, many scholars and decisionmakers have put forward their own solutions concerning this. From theperspective of all disciplines, particularly the perspective of landscape designand protection and inheritance of folk arts, this paper elaborates the developmentsuggestions on Huji Folk Art Fair. Firstly, the cultural and artistic values andregional customs of Huji Folk Art Fair need to be studied on a deeper level.Based on this, the media of Huji Folk Art Fair must be enlarged; the publicity ofHuji Folk Art Fair must be intensified; and the public influence of Huji Folk ArtFair must be expanded. Secondly, the industrial structure must be adjusted andmodern science and technology must be used to realize its digital development.Thirdly, a good environment must be provided for Huji Folk Art Fair so that it iswell developed and inherited based on the original cultural and artistic features. As a phenomenon of gathering of art and culture, Huji Folk Art Fair cannotbe developed and inherited in a single form. The favorable industrial operationwill not destroy the legitimacy of intangible cultural heritage; instead it will giverise to the effect like cultural resonance. First, the fans of Chinese folk art formscan make use of the advantages of the book and audio-visual publishing industry and bring this artistic form back home, namely the appreciation of the art faircannot be limited in a certain area and at a certain time. Second, set up folkcustoms villages and develop tourist industry. Storytelling can be carried out inthis area all over the year; this also breaks the limitation of time. Meanwhile, thecharacteristic folk artistic forms in the surrounding areas can be collected tomake the people sense the strong local cultural spirit. Thirdly, the catering andaccommodation environment must be improved to extend the time for stay of thetourists to the utmost extent. Fourth, the representative cultural symbols of inHuji Folk Art Fair must be extracted and purified and applied to the landscapedesign, such as the innovative design of urban public facilities, theme squaresand the construction of streets. Fifth, brand promotion of Huji Folk Art Fair mustbe carried out to expand the publicity of the fair, so as to lay a good foundationfor the further protection and inheritance of Huji Folk Art Fair. There are many other development programs for Huji Folk Art Fair. Nomatter what the program is, there are two necessary bases. First, the old basis ofthe cultural development of Huji Folk Art Fair can by no means be destroyed. Ifthe traditional art changes its taste and flavor and only profits are pursued, thenthe protection and inheritance are meaningless. Second, no matter what theprogram is, it is indispensable from the support of the policy makers and theimprovement of infrastructure as well as the training and input of talents. On thispoint, the government needs to invest more and make a careful plan for andsupport the development of intangible cultural heritage. |
