A Folk-custom Town Landscape Design Research On Intangible Cultural Heritage Perspective

Intangible cultural heritage and folk culture are valuable spiritual assets that have survived in our country's traditional culture.There is a close connection between the them.Intangible cultural heritage cannot exist independently on account of its intangible features,so the folk-custom town has become a natural carrier for its inheritance and development.Appropriate application of intangible cultural heritage and folk cultural symbols in the landscape design of folk-custom towns can not only improve the landscape design level of folk-custom towns,but also promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage.This thesis took folk custom town,the basic unit of rural folk culture in our country,as the research object,then summed up the existing theories and researches on the protection and inheritance of folk culture and intangible heritage.The survey collated the status quo of protection and inheritance of folk culture and intangible cultural heritage in the Guanzhong region.This paper analyzes the internal relations between the development of folk-custom towns,the protection of folk culture and intangible cultural heritage,and the landscape environment of folk-custom towns,and establishes the theoretical basis for the interdependence of these three.The landscape design of folk characteristics as a means of expression of the spatial environment should be in the direction of the development of towns that conform to the characteristics of folk customs.The integration of the symbols of folk culture into the carrier platform for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.The basic viewpoints,design principles and design methods for the landscape design of folklore featured towns under the protection of intangible cultural heritage are proposed.This thesis selected a typical folk-custom town of Jingyang,“Fu Cha Town”,as an empirical research object,analyzed the history and current status of the village's space environment,collected local folk cultural phenomena,and determined the intangible cultural heritage.From the perspective of the design theme,the landscape design was initially formed to form a basic and comprehensive design.
