A large amount of folk culture villages came along with the drastic development of tourism. However, some villages aim to chase the economic profit and imitate the development model of those folk culture villages without considering their position circumstances and conditions, and as a result, lose their vitality and foundation of persistance for the absence of their own topic and feature. At the meantime, Intangible Cultural Heritage as an important art treasure of nation of human beings, the frangibility itself makes people doubt about the development and protect model of these folk culture villages. How to ensure the original properties without destroy and help the Intangible Cultural Heritage alive in today’s society is an urgent problem right now.This article did survey on Shaanxi Xingping Mawei Maweiyi folk culture village, and research on it’s current space environment and the culture spread method, we analyze the interaction between them, find problems within them, and provide suggestions and principles. Explore innovative folk culture village classes provides a great platform to spread Intangible Cultural Heritage possibilities. Additionally, Mawei can use Intangible Cultural Heritage to show its local characteristics, and help with the sustainable development of folk culture village.The article first mainly introduce the research background, goals, significance, current situation in China and foreign countries, research methods, contents, framework, and concepts about Guanzhong folk culture and Intangible Cultural Heritage. Clear about the relationship between Intangible Cultural Heritage and traditional folk culture. Then initially we use cases to study Maweiyi folk culture experience park, analyze Intangible Cultural Heritage from constructions, streets space, vision system, common space, and landscape greening, and provide problems by studying its content and space. Then we analyze the activity demands of travelers by different age and different time slots. We analyze the spread space environment of Qinqiang in Maweiyi park and provide suggestions. Finally, according to the current situation of spread of Intangible Cultural Heritage and folk culture villages development, we conclude a "double-profit" design suggestion and principle, which is suitable for the spread of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Maweiyi folk culture experience park.
