Under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy,how to protect and inherit intangible cultural heritage has become a hot topic.Under this background,this paper takes the ’ Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop ’ of Fengyu Ancient Town in Eryuan,Dali as the design object,and discusses the related problems of non-genetic inheritance from the perspective of environmental design.This paper first introduces the relevant policies of the state on the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the design and research status of handicraft workshops at home and abroad,analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection,and puts forward their own views and opinions on the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional crafts under the background of rural revitalization.Secondly,this paper analyzes the types of folk handicrafts in Fengxiang Village,makes a detailed investigation and understanding of several intangible cultural heritage projects and their products designated as provinces,cities and counties in Fengyu Village,and establishes the folk handicraft workshop for the purpose of activating residential buildings and protecting folk handicrafts.Through the design ideas and concepts,this paper explains the design strategy of combining the folk handicraft workshop with the Bai people ’ s residential buildings so that the space can maintain the tradition and have a sense of the times.Then,it shows the contents,ideas and methods of the main links in the design process.Finally,the results of the design research are summarized,and the summary and prospect are made for the use of rural traditional cultural resources,the activation of rural development potential,the expansion of rural art ecology.
