In order to improve the efficiency of design and manufacture of the enterprise,shorten the design cycle of product research and development and the product launchtime, reduce costs, and improve the market competitiveness of products,theapplication of modern design method and the new technology for innovative designshould be used in the process os sanitation vehicles and sanitation machinery productdesign and manufacturing.Mobile refuse compressor container consists of container, loading andcompression mechanism, etc. This subject has carried on the3d modeling, dynamicsimulation analysis and optimization design of loading and compression mechanismof Mobile refuse compressor container by adopting the method of the combination ofthree dimensional modeling software Solidworks with the dynamics simulationsoftware ADAMS. Then checked the stiffness and strength of the compression andoptimized loading mechanism.First of all, the dynamics simulation analysis of loading and compressionmechanism of Mobile refuse compressor container has been conducted and thehydraulic cylinder thrust of the loading and compression mechanism and importantarticulated point force curve has been acquire respectively for the purpose ofacquiring dynamic characteristics of the actuator of the mobile refuse compressorcontainer, and then to provide the conditions for subsequent structure optimizationdesign.Then the parametric analysis was carried out on the articulated point of theloading mechanism, the optimized model of loading mechanism are obtained.The thrust of loading mechanism hydraulic cylinder got much lower byanalyzing the comparison results of loading mechanism simulation analysis whichoptimized before and after. The maximum thrust of loading mechanism of hydrauliccylinder decreased more than10%.According to simulation analysis results of the loading mechanism optimizationmodel and compression mechanism, the finite element analysis of cargo boom ofloading mechanism and push shovel of compression has carried on by using finiteelement analysis software, and gets the displacement and stress distribution ofcorresponding working condition.Results show that the structural stress of lift armoverstep the limit of material permissible stress under corresponding conditions and can’t meet the practical requirements,meanwhile the structural stress of push shovelin the scope of material permissible stress under corresponding conditions and meetthe practical requirements.For further improving the working reliability of the movable compressiongarbage compartments, according to the characteristics of the crane boom and pushshovel stress distribution,some improvement opinions are given, and the finiteelement analysis of the improved crane boom and push shovel have been done againunder corresponding conditions,then laid a solid foundation for the manufacture ofphysical prototype.Finally introduced the practical application of the mobile refusecompressor container.
