Garbage has been made and hated by everyone.The amount of daily garbage produced is also exploding as people's improvement of living standard.Improper disposal of garbage will reduce people's quality of life and cause a series of problems such as urban environmental pollution.To deal with waste in a timely and efficient manner with low pollution is a problem that must be solved in the current sanitation industry.The research of this paper is about the compressing mechanism of the side-loading garbage compressing vehicle which comes from the national development project of"Integrated intelligent Urban and Rural garbage Collection and Transfer system" of Hunan university.The compressing mechanism of the independently developed side-loading garbage compressing vehicle 5070ZYS was taken as the research object.The analysis of the dynamic and static qualities have been made by establishing the virtual prototype model of the compressing mechanism,some lightweight design work is carried out on that basis.The main research contents of this paper include the following points.(1)Two models of shoveling and back cover are designed according to the requirements of the compressing technology of side-loading garbage compressing vehicle.To choose the better plan by analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two sets of solutions and set up the three-dimensional entity model of compressing mechanism.(2)The dynamic characteristics of the compressing mechanism are analyzed.The displacement curve and velocity curve of the compressed mechanism are simulated.The stress curve of the shoveling and back cover and oil cylinder is obtained.(3)The static characteristics of the compressing mechanism are analyzed.The stress and deformation cloud diagram is obtained to find out the area of maximum stress and deformation to Verify whether the strength and stiffness are satisfied the design requirements.(4)The key parts of the compressing mechanism have been made size optimization and topology optimization.The optimized parts are verified by virtual test.
