The intelligent and automatic system of weighing and packing is the product of modern industry, is widely applied to agriculture industry, chemical and foodstuff industry etc., and can be effectively improve labor productivity and reduce the consumption for these industries.A complete system of weighing and packing consists of several subsystems. This thesis briefly analyses the whole system and each subsystem based on actual project, In particular, the blanking weighing control system and heat sealing control system are designed and analyzed detailed.Due to the dynamic weighing system is a complex system of nonlinear, time-varying and lagging. In the aspect of control algorithm, the common PID algorithm can’t achieve the ideal effect, so we designed a strategy which is a combination of fuzz network and PID control according to the falling process of material and aiming at the two levels of falling process, It shows that the control algorithm has great superiority through the simulation analysis, Due to this thesis only use PLC as the controller, so we have designed an another control algorithm that is the segmentation PID which can be used on the PLC. The experiment results show that the segmentation PID control strategy for dynamic weighing can get good control effect.The heat sealing control system is also a very important part of the whole system, this thesis analyzes the working principle of the system process, the core requirement is to create a constant temperature, or to make the temperature fluctuations as smaller as more for the heating pipe device. In order to achieve the requirement, we studied the performances of solid state relay (SSR) and silicon controlled rectifier (SCR), by comparing the two methods, we chose the superior way of SCR trigger. We Proposed and designed the temperature controller base on the fuzzy PID control strategy, and the experiments in this thesis proved that this control strategy can realize the requirements of system control We also designed the PLC program and human-computer interaction interface, and even have be applied in actual production project..This thesis has system debug, including weighing control system, sealing control system and combined the two systems in the laboratory. We designed PC remote monitoring system based of the Lab VIEW virtual instrument software and Through the data acquisition system, this monitoring system can be real-time data monitoring, alarm control, etc., and its friendly interface, simple and easy to operate, it improves the whole system’s performance and efficiency. In this thesis, we have realized that the remote computer can monitor the actual operating system.
