| At present,we are facing the problem of the lack of water resource in our country. There is varying degress of the water shortage in many cities right now,and the condition is becoming more and more serious. Meanwhile, along with the social development, residents are paying more attention on water quality. However, the constant pollution of the source of water is always hard to be controlled availably and at the same time water consumption is increasing fast in the city, more and more cities which are full of water resourse before now have to be faced with the double pressure of the water quality and the water consumption. In order to solve the problem of the simplex of the city water resource and save the poor capability to solve the sudden pollution episode which possibly happen in the source of water, now some goverments are taking the using of the new source of water into consideration to meet the new needs of the water in our cities. How to meet the needs of the water in high quality and at the same time to use the water resource reasonably is the problem now need to be researched. In order to improve the quality of water and achieve the optimal allocation of water quality, it is necessary to research the specific layout of water supply system of a certain area."Dual water supply" is now widely recognized as a new water supply system and reasonable layout mode, which not only can effectively alleviate the shortage of water resources of a region, but also can effectively improve and enhance the quality of tap water.Yuhang District of Hangzhou City will be set as an example in this essay discussing how to realize the problem of utilizing high quality water, and the layout of water supply system of the district will be planned and studied. Starting from reasonable projections of long-term water use of this area, including the total water consumption, water consumption for each block in the area as well as different types of water and water, combined with the type of water supply and demand characteristics of local and regional water and existing water distribution, four optimal solutions of the layout of water supply have been presented, namely, a uniform system of water supply, a whole dual water supply for life use, a whole dual water supply for direct drinking and dual water supply for industrial agglomeration areas. Based on social, technical and economic aspects, compared for each scheme selection and analysed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the use of dual water supply for industrial agglomeration areas scheme (option number4) is recommended. |
