A Study Of Urban Water Supply And Water Resources Sustainable Utilization In Emeishan

Water resource is not only a basic natural resource for human beings' living and developing but also an important condition of sustained utilization for city, following the rapid development of economy, society and urbanization, the conflict between demand and supply of city water resources becomes more and more crucial, based on the development use present situation of city's water resources, unified the economic and society development tendency of city in the future, through water resources reasonable disposition, realizing the city water resources supply and demand to be balanced, sustained utilization of the city's water resources provides the safeguard for the city sustainable development. Then it has carried on the supply and demand balance analysis.Based on the theory of sustainable development and system theory, this paper has conducted the research to the city water resources supply and demand situation in Emeishan city, Sichuan province. at the first, made a more comprehensive investigation to the Emeishan city water resources development using the present situation, computed and analyzed the quantity and the characteristic of the water resources in Emeshan city, meanwhile carried on the computation, the analysis and the appraisal to the water supply present situation of Emeishan city;in this foundation, there have used five methods to forecast the water demand of Emeishan city in 2010, in 2020, in 2030, including the classified forecast synthesis to be legitimate, the average per person overall target law, the year increasing progressively rate law, the target of unit uses law, the gray system GM (1,1) model, and so on.Finally, the paper proposed the Emeishan city water resources sustainable use appraisal target system and the assessment method, and surveied the result according to this article to the water resources supply and demand, proposed the correlation countermeasure and the suggestion from the project technology measure and the water resource management twoaspects to the Emeishan city water resources sustainable use, provides thepolicy-making reference for the development plan of Emeishan city in thefuture.
