Research Of Reducing Operating Costs Of Gas Power Plant

In this paper, combining with the development status of domestic and foreign gas power generation, research and demonstration, analyzes and summarizes the gas power plant is widely applicable in lower operating costs of technology and experience.In this paper, using theoretical analysis, research method, data processing and analysis of condition of the test collection, computer software simulation and comparison, described the experience and method of turbine energy saving gas from the gas turbine performance maintenance, load control, performance heater transformation, gas quality monitoring:from the economic operation of feed water pump, boiler insulation maintenance, reduce boiler water loss aspects of the waste heat boiler energy saving method and experience; in order to improve the vacuum of condenser, mechanical ventilation cooling tower operation mode of circulating water system optimization, energy-saving emission reduction, sliding parameter shutdown of shaft seal steam supply new method,economy heating network system, heat supply network and the public system energy saving method and experience; from the aspect of transformer, motor of economic operation, the production area lighting energy-saving management, describes the electrical equipment energy saving method and experience; fromCDM and carbon trading, the daily management, operation of the equipment regular maintenance and overhaul management, materials science management and office area energy management is discussed. The experience and method of management of energy-saving gas-fired power plant.Combining with the actual production of gas power plant, demonstrates the auxiliary equipment operation mode of gas power plant optimization, energy saving and strengthen the management of energy-saving effect is important role to reduce the operation cost. Through the study of regional gas-fired power plant mechanical ventilation cooling tower, the method of steam turbine operation limit vacuum through the test, and demonstrate the basis for the ultimate vacuum achieved mechanical draft cooling tower operation mode optimized feasibility and economy.
