Research On Requirement Forecasting And Construction Planning Of Electric VehicIe Charging Station In Hei Longjiang

With the continuous development of global economy, the contradiction between the economic growth and energy is increasingly highlighted.In view of this, many countries have taken developing electric vehicles as one of the important measures to solve this contradiction.Constant attention and research from all over the world have made electric cars became the main development direction of new energy vehicles,Electric cars will be one of the most potential traffic tools in the next century.Electric vehicle charging stationsis the foundation of automobile energy equipment, making good preparations for Construction planning is the basic guarantee to promote the development of the EV industry.Therefore, research on requirement forecasting and construction planning of EV charging station has a certain practical significanceAt first, this paper simply introduced the present conditions of the EV industry at home and abroad, and systematically analyzed thefeasibility and necessity of the construction of EV charging station.On this basis, this paper summed up several kinds of load forecasting method about the demand of EV charging station, and then with the aid of Ownership Law and Elastic Coefficient Method, this paper also combined actual situation of Hei Longjiang region and made a reasonable load forecasting.Based on the load analysis of demand mentioned above, this paper analysisseveral dominant factor of charging station’s locating and planning from several different perspectives such as development scale, service radius of demand, urban planning, the situation of distribution power grid and combining of short-term and long-term.Based on the analysis of the location selection,this paper putted forwardalgorithm design about construction planning of EV charging station and provided the corresponding mathematical model and constraint condition, In the last, this paper took A city in Hei Longjiang province as an example to carry out a case study and provided a certain reference significance for future study development in this field.Hoping that through the reasonable prediction andplanning study of EV ownership in Hei Longjiang province,this article will provide an accurate prediction method of building EV charging station in Hei longjiang station,solving the problem of blind establishment and allocate the social resources rationally.
