The depletion of energy is an important factor to restrict the development of society in the future.Heavy consumption of petrochemical energy has also brought serious environmental pollution.Vigorously develop electric vehicles can avoid to use the fossil energy, reduce environmental pollution and also be able to get rid of the crisis caused by fossil energy depletion.As the key factor of electric vehicle energy supply, the development of electric vehicle charging station is an important factor which influences the wide spread use of electric vehicles.Reasonable construction of electric vehicle charging station can facilitate the electric vehicle charging. It can effectively save the construction cost of the charging station and the cost of the user's charging process.This paper introduces the related factors of electric vehicle charging station planning. On the basis of full investigation of the development of Dalian area charging car, combined with the specific situation of Dalian area, it plans the construction of charging stations in Dalian area.Based on the Dalian area, the paper analyzes the construction and planning of the charging station from the point of view of the distribution network.In this paper, It first introduces the background of the topic and the research significance, analyzes the development of electric vehicle and charging facilities at home and abroad, points out the main work of this paper and the paper structure arrangement.Secondly, it studies the related problems of electric vehicle charging facilities planning.This paper introduces the basic situation of electric vehicle, and studies the charging scheme of electric vehicle. It carries out a comparative analysis of fast charging, charging speed, conventional charging for electric and the advantages and disadvantages of these four ways.It studies the various factors and the basic principle of the charging station planning, and finally determines the technical route and procedure of the electric vehicle charging station planning in Dalian area.In the third chapter, the author mainly studies the transmission and distribution of power system, and analyzes the design of electric vehicle charging station system, including the system composition and the design of each subsystem.It focuses on the analysis of the design of power distribution system. Distribution system is the most important charging station system. It is the key to ensure the stable operation of the charging station, and also the important factor of the charging station planning.At the end of this paper, the author designs the electric vehicle charging station in Dalian area.Based on the analysis of the development of electric vehicles in Dalian area, according to the specific circumstances of Dalian, it designs the electric vehicle charging mode in Dalian area.Based on the Bass model and the method of analogy analysis, it analyzes the electric vehicle ownership in Dalian area, and predicts the development of electric vehicles in Dalian area.Forecast of the number of charging stations built on the basis of the prediction of the amount of charge in Dalian area.Finally, based on the theory of the center and the location of the Webb facility, it designs the specific location of the charging station. Combined with the specific situation of Dalian area, it summarizes the design and planning of electric vehicle charging facilities in Dalian area.
