Study On Conditon Assessment And Risk Management Technology Of Power Transformer

Power transformer as one of the important components of the power system, plays a decisive role in the high voltage power transmission system, and its security and reliability is directly related to the security and stability of power grid. In recent years, power equipment manufacturing quality improved dramatically, integrated and low maintenance equipment is widely used. Early equipment maintenance and customized test cycle has not been able to adapt the equipment diagnosis and the progress management level, the condition maintenance emerge as the times require. Condition based maintenance has important significance due to its evaluation the actual status of the equipment, guide the maintenance strategy making, to improve the health level of the equipment, ensure the equipment safety and reliable operation.This paper summarizes the progress and results of the transformer condition based maintenance at home and abroad, put forward the transformer condition evaluation method based on integrated health index. Establishes the evaluation system based on inspection, routine/diagnostic tests and historical load data. The method of fault modes and effects analysis detailed analysis of transformer fault model and the corresponding effects, the transformer condition evaluation results are divided into four categories, according to various situations quantitatively its reliability indexes and repair behavior economic index, and to optimize the maintenance strategy. To carry out the condition based maintenance of Tangshan power supply company, maintenance strategy proposed in line with the actual need, to assist maintenance decision function.
