| The problem of layout optimization of rural settlements is one of the basic problems in urban and rural planning.Backward for a long time,Rural settlements in China shows the characteristics of decentralization and fragmentation,because of spontaneous construction,planning legal deficiencies,and supervision lack.And at the same time,under the background of rapid urbanization it also shows low utilization,serious vacancy,disorganized,and other issues.How to adjust the land layout of rural rural settlements rationally is an important research topic to promote the urban-rural integration construction and rural revitalization in the new period.In view of the current research situation and real demand,the paper through the weighted Voronoi diagram model to do scientific research on rural settlement layout,and through theoretical analysis and empirical research,to develop rural residential areas in plain area layout optimization strategies.It is helpful for this type of regional land use planning,the stationing of county-rural system planning,village planning.It can provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference.Summarizing the current research status and progress domestic and abroad,The paper points out that the weighted Voronoi diagram model is an important method for the layout of rural residential settlements.Discusses the principle and method of generation of the model,to construct a set of residential layout optimization technology framework based on the model,and take Xiangqiao subdistrict of Xi 'an city as an empirical example.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the interaction between residential areas,the paper constructs a weighted Voronoi diagram to optimize the layout of rural residential areas.To summarize the essence of weighted Voronoi,build a optimize path of the framework about "the key village recognition-group division-scope divide ",it is a foundation for application of weighted Voronoi diagram in settlement layout optimization.What is to be emphasized that the weighted Voronoi diagram is just a description of heterogeneous radiation scope,according to the weighted Voronoi diagram to determine the improvement direction of the plaque.(2)Discusses the relationship in gravity model and weighted Voronoi diagram,a combination of these applications can achieves the scope of the main effects of quantitative segmentation,both to overcome the shortage of pure gravity model of numerical description and can also absorb the advantages of a weighted Voronoi diagram presentation.And in this paper,the principle and basic idea of the fast generation of the weighted Voronoi diagram are studied.With the help of Arcgis Engine platform,the fast generation and update of Voronoi diagram can be realized,and the application obstacle of the weighted Voronoi diagram is solved.(3)This paper puts forward the evaluation method of village comprehensive influence and village type recognition.By constructing the comprehensive influence(nodularity)evaluation index system of the village,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine its weight to evaluate the village influence and identify the village category.(4)Taking Xiangqiao subdistrict of Xi 'an city as an empirical example,the paper verifies the validity and rationality of path frame which is construced for rural settlement layout optimization.Then,putting forward the strategies about the rural residential settlements layout optimization and development suggestions for research area.To sum up,it is of practicality and rationality to use the weighted Voronoi diagram in optimizing the layout of rural residential settlements.But the comprehensive influence of settlement evaluation system need some corresponding adjustment for mountain and hilly regions.At the same time,the article failed to consider the land ownership of different villages and bodies in concrete implementation.So we was need a more in-depth analysis in follow-up study,so as to enhance the weighted Voronoi diagram 's actual application value. |
