This thesis takes a600MW power unit with KWPKC600-800type centrifugal slurry pump as the object of study. Because of the more intense and regular vibrations which occur during operation, affecting the normal operation of the desulfurization system. Therefore, this paper will analyze the vibration of the pump and impeller wear ring transformation. Because of the desulfurization slurry circulation pump port channel transformation is very complex, so it is necessary to consider all aspects of the factors.Based on the multiphase flow pump performance theory research, to find the cause of pump running vibration and put forward the best scheme. This paper mainly by improving the pump inlet circulation, to reduce the impact damping pump discharge, in order to achieve the elimination of pump operation of the vibration, ensure the security and stability of slurry pump.The article firstly makes use of CAD-aided design software for three-dimensional modeling of transformation including before and after of the whole of slurry pump. Gambit software using slurry pump meshing overall runner, combining the use of numerical simulation software FLUENT6.3.2together, multiphase flow model selection Euler model, turbulence model using a standard k-ε turbulence model, numerical iterative algorithm SIMPLEC algorithm. Slurry pump for the two-phase flow field numerical simulation. Through calculating two-phase flow field inside the pump velocity distribution and pressure distribution, loop transformation before and after discharge impact on pump performance and to study the pump vibration.From the numerical calculation results, the reasons for the operation of the prototype pump vibration analysis is correct, its transformation program to be successful. It can be concluded that if we can select a reasonable model, numerical simulation can predict the performance of the pump, and can guide the design of research and engineered pumps.
