| The vibration monitoring&analysis of the rotating mechanical equipments is of great significance to ensure the safe, stable and effective operation of the equipments and avoid the great safety accidents and huge economic loss. The vibration monitoring&analysis system in this paper is composed of external vibration sensor, vibration signal acquisition sensor and vibration monitoring&analysis software.The vibration signal acquisition system is developed with the core of SOC single-chip microcomputer C8051F040. The system involves8-channel circulating acquisition characteristics, which conducts the circulating acquisition in the8channels by A/D in C8051F040and measures the rotating speed by C8051F040. The system is designed with vibration signal regulating circuits, which reasonably selects the vibration sensor and the acquired signal according to the specific needs, and conducts the amplification and filtering of the signal. Besides, the system is equipped with large-capacity nonvolatile memories, which stores hundreds of dynamic waveforms. To meets the various requirements, the system contains abundant interface designs, including USB/RS-485/ethernet card interface and LCD touch screen interface. The vibration signal acquisition equipments can conduct the serial-port communication with the computer by USB/RS-485/and transmit the data into the computer for monitoring and analysis.The vibration monitoring&analysis software is designed by C++language and Access database. It is equipped with function of management, monitoring and analysis. By connecting with the vibration signal acquisition equipments, the monitoring&analysis software can set the user information, data acquisition and acquisition channel. Besides, the8-channel signal waveform reveal and data analysis process can be realized. Thus, the online monitoring&analysis of the rotating mechanical equipments can be realized. |
