Along with the deeper and deeper process of the electric power market, the requirements for reliability and security of smart grid have been increasing. AMI is the foundation of smart grid, AMI security related to achieve secure and reliable communications of smart grid. In smart grid AMI, consumers and power companies need to focus on the protection of information privacy sensitive data in load information and power measurements. AMI provides remote meter reading, demand forecasting and other services for the power company and as well as must provide them with the consumer’s personal privacy protection. Attackers by listening, analyzing measurement data can understand consumer lifestyles, habits and daily activities, by injecting false information or make unreasonable demands can cause a large area paralysis of smart grid, resulting in the loss of economy and property. Thus, Protecting the user’s privacy security of smart grid is very important.This paper researches the problem of security of the smart grid AMI, focuses on analysing security and privacy risk of AMI. Through the study of smart grid information flow, combined with demand response data needs, This thesis sums up four data streams of smart grid, analyzes the security features of four data streams, then raises the framework of demand response with privacy protection.By contrastive analysis of the data aggregation solutions and combining with the background of the smart grid, this paper applies the recoverable concealed data aggregation with privacy protection scheme to smart grid AMI. this program combines public key encryption, signature and aggregation technologies to protect users’ privacy. The analysis of the safety and feasibility of the smart grid demonstrates the practical value of this program in the Smart Grid.
