With the development of society and economy, energy demand continues to rise in our country, while the high carbon economy has brought hitherto unknown crisis, so most the countries in the world are all responded positively to participate in energy-saving and emission reduction.New energy industry is a new industry type developed in the adjustment process of industrial structure, so a lot of the national energy strategy encourage the development of new energy.Wind power investment in our country has intensified. But we also must clearly recognize that the present stage of development of wind power technology still has a great lack, wind power is still in the early stages of development, in the process of construction and operations will inevitably encounter many risks, which need us to pay more and more attention to economic and social benefits sufficient in wind power projects. Based on this consideration, this paper focus on wind power project investments detailed risk analysis and evaluation studies in order to contribute to the wind power investment.This paper describes the overview of the cost of wind power development and wind power project investment composition, discusses the concept of wind power project risks and characteristics, and reviews the theory of risk analysis and evaluation of the model about wind projects in detail.In terms of risk analysis, based on the analysis of the characteristics of wind power projects, focus on risk factor identification of wind power projects in various stages, then build a relatively complete risk assessment system.After the completion of the index system, the paper complexed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional risk assessment methods. According to the characteristics of the wind power project risk factors, this article integrate various risk assessment methods to establish the relative difference in the degree of risk assessment model based on fuzzy interval variable weights. Firstly, use the interval variable weight method to determine the weight of index levels, and then use the relative difference in the degree of improvement fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and apply it to a wind power project risk evaluation to verify the practicality and feasibility of the model, and the corresponding risk prevention countermeasures. Finally, the article summarizes the research results of innovation, and pointed out the direction of the inadequacies of this paper, the wind power project risk assessment study and the follow-up study.
