Study On Optimizing Spatial Layout Of Rural Settlement Based On GIS

For a long time, the distribution of the villages is lake of scientific and integratedplanning, scattered. With the development of the living standard of the people and thedevelopment of people’s demand of living environment and living conditions, it isnecessary that achieving scientific layout of the rural settlements to improve the ruralproductivity and realize the agricultural and rural economic development. Based onurbanization covering many arable lands, it is necessary to optimize of the ruralresidential area for18million acres of arable land red line. In recent years, the rapiddevelopment of GIS technology provided favorable conditions for the optimizationlayout of the residential area, the development of GIS technology will become apowerful means of residential space layout optimization. Taking Laixi as the studyarea, using GIS spatial network analysis, GIS spatial point analysis, GIS spatialstatistical analysis combined with the quantitative analysis method. This study was toanalyze the layout of the rural residential area, build the space layout optimizationsystem of rural residential area. The main contents of this paper include:（1）The space discreteness analysis of rural residential area. This study was toget the space discreteness of rural residential area by evaluating the spatial layoutfeatures of rural residents, with the proximity analysis of GIS spatial statisticalanalysis and the CV of Voronoi. Then, selecting the larger discreteness township tooptimize space of the rural residential area.（2）Evaluating the development potential of rural residential area. This studytakes Hetoudian as the example to optimize space of the rural residential area. Firstly,this paper built the layout of rural residential suitability evaluation model, quantifiedthe index, determined the weight with the Entropy Method, to select of central villageand moved village.（3）The space optimization analysis of the rural residential area. This articleselects the central village radiation modes to optimize the layout of the rural residential area. Select the central village of Hetoudian, using a two-step searchalgorithm invocation and spatial point pattern method to analyze the migratorydirection of the moved village, to achieve the optimization layout of the residentialarea.This research is supported by the GIS technique, taking Laixi city as an example,studies the rural distribution, development potential and residential area layoutoptimization model of the rural area, forms a complete layout optimization systemto provide quantitative analysis method for different regions of the layoutoptimization of the rural resident area.
