The Study Of The Distribution Characteristics Of Space And Its Influencing Factors In Southern Jiangsu Rural Area

Under the background of the comprehensive promotion of China's rural revitalization strategy and the transformation and development of the social economy,the extensive development of rural architecture and planning requires theoretical guidance.This thesis takes the rural settlements in southern Jiangsu rural area rural area as the research object.Through the synchronic and diachronic quantitative analysis,it sorts out the distribution characteristics of the villages under the influence of natural geographical environment and the evolution of the spatial distribution of villages under the influence of social and economic factors.The internal mechanism of both.In response to the problems faced by architects and planners in the current rural planning and construction,scientific and feasible suggestions are proposed.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the theoretical basis for the research of the thesis,and defines the research object and scope of the thesis.The second chapter combines the literature to deeply analyze the characteristics and changes of natural geography environment,history and culture,social economy and other factors in southern Jiangsu rural area rural area.The period of diachronic research in this thesis is determined before 1978 to today.The time node selection was 1966,1990 and In 2016,they represent the spatial distribution characteristics of villages in the traditional agricultural period,the “Sunan model” and the “new Sunan model”.The third chapter discusses the necessity of regional type division.According to the characteristics of this study,the southern Jiangsu rural area rural area is divided into five types: “mountain type”,“hill type”,“plain type”,“lake swing type” and “squat area type”.Then select the study sample area.The fourth chapter is based on the quantitative data of 1966.Through horizontal comparison,it sorts out the spatial distribution characteristics and internal mechanism of villages in various types of regions under the influence of natural geographical environment.The overall characteristics of the spatial distribution of villages in southern Jiangsu rural area are: obvious type characteristics,single overall trend,and prominent local contradictions.The driving factors are: the decisiveness of natural geographical factors,the influence of industrial models,and the strengthening of artificial transformation.Based on the quantitative data of 1966,1990 and 2016,the fifth chapter analyzes the evolution characteristics and internal mechanism of the spatial distribution of villages in different types of regions based on the influence of social and economic factors.The overall evolutionary characteristics of the spatial distribution of villages in southern Jiangsu rural area are: the overall growth trend is obvious,and “polarization” and “homogeneity” coexist.Its intrinsic driving mechanism is: the foundation of natural geographical conditions,the autonomy of economy and industry,and the regulation of policies and measures.The sixth chapter summarizes the content of the full-text research,and proposes the village space optimization strategy that matches the natural geographical environment of southern Jiangsu rural area from the aspects of policy measures and design methods.Finally,I think about the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of the future development of the research content.Full text comprises about 52000 words,83 figures,10 forms and 3 attachments,including 30 figures and 20 forms.
