Research On Residential Space Design Based On The Psychological Expectation Of Spatial Pattern

With the rapid development of urbanization,residential space,as a product of commercial development,has become more and more standardized and unified during its production.Residents are getting increasingly demanding about the comfort and diversity of residential products,how to keep pace with the times to meet the needs of residents is an important research topic in residential space design.In this thesis,combined with the current situation of contemporary living space,theories of Christopher Alexander's A Pattern Language and the guidance and inspiration of teachers,starting from the perspective of China's residential spatial pattern,through the study of the development of residential buildings in Foshan Vanke in the past 12 years and the problems existing in the development process,the characteristics and laws of the household spatial patterns are summarized;Environmental psychology,cognitive psychology and other methods are used to carry out the research on users' psychological expectation of residential spatial pattern,combing the internal relationship between residential spatial pattern and users'psychological expectation with the theory of customer satisfaction,and the inspiration significance of this connection for living space design.On this basis,combined with the actual project to analyze the application of psychological expectations in the design,and predict the trend of the future residential spatial pattern.As a living space,there are abundant research on the residential spatial pattern at present.Most of the research on psychological expectation is about consumption and work,and the research on resident satisfaction is mostly based on the macro level of residential projects,and lacks the targeted research on spatial patterns from the perspective of resident expectations.Therefore,on the basis of the above research,the design principle of holistic consideration and the interaction between psychological expectation and living space design are further proposed.Finally,combining environmental psychology,behavioral psychology and cognitive psychology,psychological expectation can explore rational living space design better as an innovative topic.The beneficial experience in the construction of modem living space in China is sought.
