China is one of the largest number of sluices built country in the world and has been built big small and medium-sized sluices more than fifty thousand until now. These sluices in the flood control and drainage, water supply, irrigation and other aspects play an important role. However, Most of the sluices in our country were built early liberation and due to the time of the design, construction technology is relatively backward. Coupled with the sluice has been chronic influenced by water scouring, freezing and thawing erosion and other natural factors and human factors during use process. As the result of these influence, these sluices appeared different degree of damage. Especially, the damage of concrete component is relatively serious, which has seriously affected the normal use.Therefore, in order to research of structure detection and the durability evaluation of the sluice. It is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation. In this paper, the main factors influencing the concrete component has carried on the system analysis and set up durability evaluation model which suitable for sluice system in some region of China. Thus, provide reference for the region to carry out the inspection of hydraulic structures and reinforcement work and etc.This article main research content is as follows:(1). In order to make the concrete nondestructive testing technology can better application in the sluice detection. In this paper, on the basis of 《The technical specification for concrete intensity of ultrasonic rebound synthetic method to detect》(CECS02:2005).On the other hand to verify the rationality of fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model. The special strength curve of the region was established and a regression equation is obtained by fitting.(2). Take inspection of the first section of the sluice In HeTao irrigation area ChangJi canal as an example which concentrate on introducing the application of the various testing technology in the process of testing concrete sluice.(3). Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics theory built a concrete durability assessment model of the sluice and use the model to the ChangJi canal in the durability evaluation of the first section of the sluice.(4). Using the artificial neural network evaluation method to evaluate ChangJi canal of the first section of the sluice. On the other hand, introduces the application of artificial neural network evaluation method.
