At present, more than 50,000 sluices were built in our country. These sluices play a significant action in such areas as flood protection, draining water-logged, blocking tide, irrigation, water supply, shipping, hydraulic power generation etc. And they provide the important guarantee for our country's economic development and social stabilization. But most sluices have worked more than 30 years, influenced by some long-term natural actions and by man-made factors. The aging of some sluices are very serious, which have threatened the safety of areas in the upstream and downstream, and influenced the all-round progress of local economy and society. So it has upper study value and capacious practicality applied foreground, that how to compile the safety synthetic evaluation system of the sluice project by the existing theories and the advance methods of other industries in point, and open out the safety synthetic evaluation system for sluice by programmed software.In this thesis, the theoretic and means of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice were summed up. The basal process of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice, the base and guide line of evaluation analytic, the index system, the warrant methods and evaluation methods were studied by the numbers and home. The safety synthetic evaluation system for sluice was opened out, which was used to evaluate the aging of sluice, offer reference ideas for safety appraisal of the manage units of sluice. The main contents are as follows:(a) Based on thoroughly investigation and study, an analysis and generalize about the basal process of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice, the guide line of evaluation analytic, the base and standard of evaluation analytic was given in the thesis. According to SL214-98 the safety appraisal of sluice, the index system of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice was established. (b) Based on the analyses and generalize of some warrant methods of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice, upswing group variety fuzzy analytic hierarchy process by fuzzy consistent judgment matrix and weight multiple inherit method were presented.(c) Based on the analyses and generalize of some evaluation methods of safety synthetic evaluation for sluice, upswing multidimensional gray assessment method and multiple hierarchy grey fuzzy synthetic evaluation method were presented.(d) The safety synthetic evaluation system for sluice with well manipulation interface was worked out by using Borland Delphi 7.0, which being used the multiple hierarchy grey fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.(e) Taking example for Wudingmen Sluice, the rationality and practicability of the safety synthetic evaluation system for sluice was validated.
