Along with the increasing degree of city suburbanization, the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s life quality, people on the quality of travel is more and more high, especially the mountain group type city because of its unique topography, ground public traffic congestion problem is more prominent, as a solution to this problem, meet the requirements of future travel demand and the quality of residents, the more necessary to build city rail transit project in this city.Chongqing is a typical mountain group type city, the core region has for "island, two, three, four pulse" and showing a "multi center, group" a unique spatial pattern of Chongqing City, the construction of rail transportation is the first cross river, the second is a important channel, on the bridge across the River, mountain tunnel connection, construction difficult, high cost. At present, Chongqing rail transit has been operating lines to143km, track traffic line network backbone formed around the city nine area, the regional traffic obvious advantages, but at present already operating mileage only about rail planning "Seventeen lines one ring"(820km)17%. So the completed track traffic evaluation, lessons learned, feedback information, so as to improve the management level, is not only necessary, but also urgent.Based on this, this paper is based on the background of the construction of Chongqing city rail transit, several basic introduction to the mountain group technical and economic type project post evaluation of city rail traffic is reviewed, and then through the detailed analysis of the influence of city rail transit project on regional social economy, determine the analysis target, put forward the criterion layer evaluation and concrete scheme, construction of evaluation system of mountainous city track traffic project group. Taking Chongqing rail transit line as an example, the applicability of the evaluation system of mountain city track traffic validation group after, in order to provide reference data for group type city orbit transportation construction project post evaluation for similar mountain.
