Contrast Research Of The Present Codes And Standards About Highway Arch Bridge Technical Condition Evaluation Method

Evaluation0f bridge technical condition is conducted based on bridgediseases.Since2004,with the implementation of “Code for Maintenance of HighwayBridges and Culvers”(JTG H11-2004)(Hereinafter referred to as “MaintenanceCode”). The bridge technical condition evaluation of China was accorded with thespecification method.Since2011,“Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation ofHighway Bridges”(JTG/T H21-2011)(Hereinafter referred to as “EvaluationStandards”)improved the method of“Maintenance Code”.And be implemented as theindustry recommended standards.Then the evaluation of bridge technical conduct ofChina main refer to “Maintenance Code” and “Evaluation Standards”.In this paper,considering the weight of bridge components,superpositionmethod of component damage,single disease grade standard of judgment in this threeaspects to show the importance of technical condition evaluation of bridge.Contrastresearch of the technical condition evaluation of highway bridges between“Maintenance Code” and “Evaluation Standards”.And explore the new methods ofassessment.The main contents of this paper.①Introduced the domestic and foreign existing bridge technology status andbridge collapse accident,to show the importance of technical condition evaluation ofbridge.Then evaluation method and summarizes the development status of domesticand foreign bridge technical condition evaluation and the current specification.②Summarize the common diseases of various types of arch bridge. Andintroduce the arch bridge inspection, the content of the special inspection andRelated instruments. At the same time, introduct AHP and expound the application ofthis method in the way of technical condition evaluation of bridge.③Contrust research On the "maintenance" and "standard" specification ofcondition evaluation method of arch bridge. By comparing "evaluation method ofevaluation standard"in a more rational.④According to the result of evaluation index component using suggest increasearch bridge evaluation index,and try to put forward suggestions on the adaptabilityevaluation conclusion rich arch bridge.⑤Layer by layer analysis "standard" evaluation system, investigate the defects and deficiencies, then calculate the no pier in bridge component weight andcomponent underlying index weight by AHP. And try to remedy the defect of“standard” by considering the special bridge component assessment formulaproposed new make up the "standard" in defect assessment.⑥Taking Hongxing Bridge in Chongqing as an example.Regularly check theacquisition of bridge disease,materials and other relevant information about it.
