Combined with Chongqing significant science and technology special project in transportation infrastructure construction,which is key technologies research and application for the Chongqing port design and construction in the big water level difference and deep water situation,based on the Chongqing Guoyuan Wharf Phase Ⅱ,structure dynamic response experiment and the numerical simulation of the transient dynamic time history analysis on the wharf with steel casing reinforced concrete pile in big water level difference and deep water situation. The main contents and conclusions of the research is following:(1) Using finite element software Ansys to analyse model of this kind of structural type wharf structure modal, get the dynamic property of structure. Structure frequency and vibration mode of adversary structure is used to analyse the stiffness distribution, and the analysis shows that the structure of transverse member make the bent frame has good integrity and larger stiffness, but the longitudinal member can provide weaker stiffness reinforcement, it points out that we should strengthen the longitudinal stiffness of pier structure, put forward the optimization of structure, provide a reference for relevant design.(2) According to the prototype structure of the wharf to design the model structure, completed the determination of model materials, the determination of material parameters of the conversion model material, production of the model, loader design, in the cross section of the measuring point layout design, and completed the wharf structure dynamic response experiment. By using the professional function drawing software origin7.5to nonlinear fitting the experimental data.(3) Using finite element software Ansys to establish the entity model which considering the contact between steel casing and the reinforced concrete pile, complete the structural transient dynamic time history analysis, and compare the calculated results with the test data, the result is good. It can get the mechanics law of the reinforced concrete piles, steel cross-brace, steel upon columns and steel front brace and so on in wharf structure, points out weak position in the structure under the tansverse dynamic load, it can be used as optimal of this type of wharf structure design to provide the reference to the designer.(4) Finite element calculation results shows that the peak value of node displacement response and the peak value of stress response both appeared after the peak value of the load time history, it can show that the energy transmission has certain hysteresis effect when it transmit in the structure; when the steel casing reinforced concrete pile under horizontal dynamic load, the equivalent stress of the steel casing is generally greater than the value of reinforced concrete pile, it shows that the steel casing under high energy transfer and the mechanical properties of the reinforced concrete pile play enough; Shore in front of the pile and the equivalent stress peak value trend of river’s side first decrease then increase, and then three rows of piles on river shore side equivalent stress peak appears to decrease then increase first, then decreases, and finally, the trend is increase, stress changes before turning point more focused on the steel cross-brace, steel front brace and the bottom of the steel casing.
