Research Of Developing, Bui Lding And Running Management For The Aging Residential Ln Our Country

The aging progress in China is developing faster and faster, so the pension issue and the housing problems for the aged people living in city are becoming more and more serious. Improving the living environment for the elderly person becomes consensus in our society. The community care model is acceptable gradually because of our economical developed and the conception about the endowment changed. We need to change our ideas to accelerate the speed of building the aging district based on the characteristic of our society. And feasibility of suggestion should be raised according to the district establishing and running model. So that building up the district for the elderly person can be come out to solve the aging problems efficiently.Taking building the district for the elderly person as breakthrough point, this paper will combine the request from elderly citizen to analyze and study the location, designing and model, after comparing and analyzing the reality&developing experience from domestic and overseas. Because in China most of the elderly persons are living in their own house together with their family, seldom are living in the building provided by some organization. So developing the house for the elderly people not only build the organization but also need the ordinary residence which is convenient with the aging society. We should insist on building new community together with transforming and expanding old district to get better social achievement and economical benefits.After that running and service system for elderly person’s community will be research based on the current situation of our country to get some inspiration of running and service system. We will build up the running and service system according to the research also. Take a project located in Wuzhen as an example to explain how we choose the location, design, and develop the community for the elderly person, then forecast the service result.In the end, summarize and forecast the trend for developing aging residential ideally.
