Analysis Of Urban Structure In Wuxi Center City Area Based On Space Syntax

In this paper, using the theory of space syntax to study wuxi city center urbanstructure，extract the1949,1985,2013three different years to use.the first of this paper showsthe theory of space syntax and important concept such as： wuxi city center， selforganization, then expounds the process of the construction of the model of space syntax,wuxi development process, and from all the different history node to wuxi city spacesampling, build a complete data model is suitable for the space syntax research, space syntaxvalue are obtained. After the main analysis of the various numerical study, one observes,based on the data of vertical and horizontal comparison, further demonstration of wuxi cityurban structure and urban morphology change process, summarizes wuxi city law ofdevelopment, the research direction of wuxi city development and train of thought, putforward problems of wuxi city development, facing the present situation, the countermeasuresto solve the comprehensive deepening and integration. Finally summarizes the conclusionsabove, and at the same time for the space syntax theory itself of some controversial issuesoffer solutions through practice and exploration, make reasonable ground for later study.
