| As a key component of urban green infrastructure, urban green spaces(UGSs)can not only provide a series of ecosystem services such as stormwater management, heat regulation, and air purification, but also has many social-economic benefits, such as increasing neighborhood communication, providing natural leisure experience, and boosting real estate prices. However, with the acceleration of urbanization and population growth, the problem of unevenly distributed UGSs presents a challenge for sustainable urban development. In the current stock planning stage, the allocation of urban space resources has changed, and more of it is to change and optimize the use of space. In the process of land development,we need more scientific methods to promote the function optimization and adjustment of built-up areas to meet the needs of the residents. At present, the indicators used in the evaluation of urban green space services fail to consider the impact of population spatial distribution and road network on the use of UGS,so it is difficult to reflect the equity of users.Based on the summary of the existing research results, this article comprehensively used multidisciplinary knowledge and methods to analyze road network from the perspective of topology,UGSs distribution characteristics as well as spatio-temporal choice of UGSs,and integrate UGSs spatial distribution with the urban spatial planning process.Using the spatial processing method of geographic information technology,an evaluation model for the equity model of UGSs in central Jinan was constructed.Based on numerical analysis and statistical theory, sensitivity analysis was calculated used computer programming language, and the accuracy of the evaluation model was verified. Finally, the spatial justice evaluation of the UGSs in the study area was carried out through correlationIV analysis, and practical guidelines for urban design strategies was given based on the conclusions. This paper takes the central Jinan as the research area to analyze for the study of the smallest unit within the scope of kilometer grid, based on the road through the QGIS platform to build road Network data sDNA(Spatial Design Network Analysis)model, and the urban green space of central Jinan are classified in the local and city-wide scales and mapped the space distribution of urban population of central Jinan, with the help of RStudio using R language respectively access types of urban green space layout and the relationship between the population distribution.Based on this, the paper evaluates the fairness of the green space layout in the downtown area of Jinan, the causes of the problems and the optimization strategies, and draws the following conclusions:(1)By reading relevant literature, the relevant research on green justice was developed into three different dimensions which was distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice.(2)Based on spatial syntactic theory, topology analysis of road network was down by QGIS platform.Based on spatial syntactic theory, the sDNA model of the road network in central Jinan was constructed by QGIS platform.According to calculating the closeness and betweenness of the model, the foreground network and background network of the road were analyzed respectively, and the kernel density analysis was carried out from local and global scale to transform linear road network data into spatial polygon data, and calculate the attractiveness and traffic diversion capacity of central Jinan. The results showed that the core area of central Jinan extended from the center to the east and west along the axis.(3)The object of this study is the equity of residents for using UGSs during daily travelling in study area. Therefore, the spatial hierarchy and distribution characteristics of UGSs in central Jinan were obtained through kernel density analysis and spatial superposition, based on the results of road network topology analysis.(4)The spatial distribution map of the population of central Jinan was analyzed and the service range of UGSs was visualized.Through spatial overlay, the service capacity of UGSs was visualized and the population of each area was analyzed.Meanwhile, the closest distance from the population point to UGS was calculated.(5)Based on the RStudio platform, the computer programming R language was used to test the sDNA model, using One-Way ANOVA and a binomial ANOVA to analyze the difference in population size of different spatial scales and UGS categories, and then analyzed whether the controllable variables have a significant impact on the research. The results show that there were significant differences in the classification factors of UGSs,so the sDNA model was used in a reasonable way to classify the UGSs in central Jinan.(6)Using the computer programming R language, the relationship between population and nearest distance to UGSs was analyzed to explore the relationship between the population and the accessibility of green space at different scales in central Jinan,as well as this relationship in each region. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the population size in the study area was significantly negatively correlated with the accessibility of the UGS,so the UGS was relatively justice for residents from the perspective of spatial distribution in central Jinan. At the same time, suggestions for the UGS management in central Jinan was given. Some pocket parks in the core area to separate people with a long-distance trip from nearby residents and east-west belt-shaped green space on the areas which ware not covered in the 15-minute walking distance ranges of the UGSs were needed.Meanwhile,UGS planning should be coupled with urban planning. The transportation network can be improved, and the campuses of primary and secondary schools could be properly opened. This study will help policymakers and planners by practical guidelines for urban design strategies to provide well-being to the citizens. |
