Lighting has been accounted for a relatively large proportion in the energy consumption in the world, accounting for about20%of energy consumption. Restricted by environmental pollution, shortage of resources, the urgent need for more green lighting products research. Semiconductor lighting plan has been launched at the end of the last century, energy-saving, environmental protection, small volume, long service life, high light efficiency, no mercury pollution and many other advantages, LED lighting is more and more heeded by people, become the development trend of the lighting industry. At present, all countries has invested a lot of money and manpower to the LED lighting and its related application.Design and calculation of various performance parameters of LED drive circuit, the decision of quality lighting and LED lighting products of life to a large extent, so the driver reliability power supply circuit design is a key factor to ensure the reliable LED lighting products. With the development of LED industry rules and, for the current LED driver and higher requirements, such as input and output voltage range of circumstances can be stable in a wide, PF value and high power density, small size, and high efficiency over the entire load range.This paper first introduces the basic light emitting principle of LED, and the relationship between their current, voltage and power were analyzed; also introduced the application status and the advantages and disadvantages of LED lighting, and its future prospects. This paper was designed based on the TNY280, rated output power of10W, isolated constant current350mA output single flyback LED drive module, the input voltage is85-264VAC; with no load protection, over-voltage protection function, and meet the requirements of EMC;get the constant current output effect automatically adjust the driver using PWM, overvoltage voltage regulator tube through the transformer no-load protection, and achieve output optocoupler isolation; power supply designed in this paper can be widely used in LED lighting driver.In accordance with the requirements of the design, the circuit simulation and analysis, the final design and produce in accordance with the requirements of power circuit. And the power supply prototype made were tested, the result shows that the design is correct, basically meet the design requirements.
