With the increasingly prominent environmental problems,people are more and more urgent for green technology.In recent years,water hydraulic technology instead of hydraulic technology has become the focus of research.The water hydraulic technology and hydraulic technology have some differences,putting forward new requirements for the design of water hydraulic valve structure.In this paper,the traditional water hydraulic valve cavitation problems are studied,designing a new type of hydraulic pilot relief valve,the related characteristics of pilot relief valve are investigated by simulation and visual experiments.Firstly,aiming at the problem of cavitation in water hydraulic valve port,the overall structureof the spool biomimetic jet water hydraulic pilot relief valve is designed.Inside,the engineering model is analyzed by BioTRIZ theory,and inspired from the biological structure of squid,the similarity between the biological prototype and design object is analyzed,the valve spool of bionic structure and the valve seat with the non smooth groove structure is designed.Considering the requirements of the follow-up experiments,the design and assembly of the water hydraulic pilot relief valve with bionic characteristics are completed.Secondly,the flow field of the main valve port is analyzed by using Fluent software.Inside,using the software Gambit to built the three-dimensional model of the main valve port,and turbulence model and boundary conditions are determined.The pressure distribution characteristics of the valve ports for the general structure,the valve seat with the non smooth groove structure,the bionic jet hole structure including the different diameter,the different quantity,the different angles of jet hole and the different offset along Z axis of jet hole are analyzed.Thirdly,the structural parameter of jet hole is optimized by using Isight optimization software integrated with Gambit and Fluent software.Inside,the radius of the jet hole,the jet angle and the position of the jet hole are taken as the optimization variables,the average pressure and flow rate of the valve port are taken as the objective function of the optimization.the contribution of each variable to the objective function,which is the degree of influence is determined by using DOE experimental design method.Finally,using MIGA multi Island genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters,the structural parameters of bionic jet holes is determined by optimization.Finally,the experimental sub module is built according to the existing water hydraulic comprehensive experimental system to analyze the basic characteristics and cavitation of water hydraulic pilot relief valve.Further more,the pressure regulation range experiment,the pressure difference-flow experiment of different structure,the inlet pressure flow experiment,the flow change experiment of different spring stiffness and dynamic response are carried out.Using high speed camera to monitor the cavitation phenomenon of water hydraulic valve,the process of bubble change and cavitation characteristics under different pressures is analyzed.
