For example:without a specific, feasible and scientific evaluation system,thus,it’s difficult to choose the best agent construction unit antecedent stage of engineering construction.The thesis reaches the bid evaluation method for domestic and Acting System. Based on the relevant provisions of existing laws, rules and regulations as well as the typical generation of local construction experience.It Studies and improves the agent construction institution of bid evaluation method.Firstly, this thesis establishes the construction process evaluation system:clear evaluation goals, establish evaluation factors, build index set, establish hierarchies, perfect indicator system. Improve the generation of construction sets:reducing the number of indicators, retaining only subjective, qualitative analysis indicators Secondly,it improves bid evaluation analysis model:combining AHP and Experts Grading Method with fuzzy evaluation comprehensively avoids the limitations of the model. Thesis improves expert score can define the scope and the number of experts effectively.Finally, an application case:Xixi Wuchang Street Villas Residential agent construction institution.It confirms the feasibility and rationality.The improved bid evaluation method improves the selection efficiency and makes the whole selection process more reasonable and scientific.
