Based on the actual characteristics of the Daqing Oilfield water meteringinspection station, we studied the three-phase AC induction motor speedsensorless vector frequency control system. In the oil-producing areas, DaqingOilfield water metrology station serving the unit test to detect various types offlow meters. To meet the maximum range of the various sets of standardequipment design requirements, installation of a number of different power ACmotor to pump water, pump oil, and inhale. For standard devices, dailyproduction, the liquidity standard device needs to be adjusted according to thenational standard verification procedures. When liquidity is relatively small, themotor is still working at full capacity, formation of a waste of energy. The studyof AC motor speed control, improved working conditions making optimalefficiency of the inverter, which save energy and reduce consumption purposes.In the control method, for the detection of Daqing Oilfield water meteringstations, ability to accurately maintain the induction motor according to apredetermined change, mainly depends on the merits of the control method.PID control is a classical method of controlling, simple and easily. Fuzzycontrol theory is based on fuzzy mathematics. In conventional control field,accurate control system dynamic model is important. The more detaileddynamic information, the more it can achieve precise control. But for toocomplicated or difficult, it appears powerless. Fuzzy mathematics handles theseproblems. Fuzzy self-tuning PI control is used in this paper, rapid response,control overshoot, etc. have a significant advantage.In no speed sensor detection, there are many traditional detection methods,Such as Calculation method, motor self-adjusting reference model method,injecting signal method, intelligent control calculation method. But no matterwhat method has different defects, this paper focuses on the reference modeland improved it. After coordinate transformation and flux equation using thevoltage and current, calculate the motor flux equation. In comparison with thebasic model regulation, the scale factor PI adjustment, speed signal quick andaccurate, this design vector control system fully considered more controltargets, after then MATLAB simulation has been verified. Application of theasynchronous motor in areas of oil water metering is great importance.
