| The design reference period of design of building structure in China is50years, and it is used unified to calculate the reliability of the buildings, which isn’t means the end of the structural life-time, but the reliability of the buildings begin to fall after the design reference period. So as to ensure the reliability of the buildings, we should carry on a necessity to detection, examination and reinforcement for the safety and use performance of buildings. The research on the structure detection, examination and reinforcement to buildings has been a concerning topic with certain economic and social benefit.This article addresses the detection and identification on one office building with quality defect, and analyzes the fundamental principles and scope of application of each reinforcement method by using a combination of reinforcing design, measurement technique and construction technique of concrete structures and privates the available reinforcement design method. At the first place, rift the top slab of the basement which is the worst damaged zone, and restore the concrete and deformed bars to the end-column of the basement whose concrete was crushed and the longitudinal reinforcement was buckled by compression. Next, to the beam and plate which produced cracks, the method is combining with bonding steel and carbon fiber on beams. The favorable effect is obtained after the reinforcement, which can avoid huge economic loss and security risks and reduces the negative implications. |
