Compared to the traditional servo motor, the permanent magnet synchronouslinear motor using the mode of direct drive feed without intermediate transmissionstructures, have a strong drive rigidity, high acceleration, high speed and highprecision advantages, in the high-grade CNC machine tool and precision measuringequipment and so on occasions, and have a good application prospect.In this paper, the fuzzy control and vector control strategy are put forward inview of the load change of the PMSLM servo system, and the design systemsatisfying the high precision and smooth running control performance requirements isproved by experiment finally.Firstly, the basic structure and operating principle of PMSLM are analyzed, andthe d-q axis mathematical model is established, and the electromagnetic thrustequation and mechanical movement equation are abtained, these provide thetheoretical basis to achieve the control of the motor.Secondly, in view of the load change of the PMSLM servo system, in the speedloop, the combination of PID control and fuzzy control are adopted to realize the fastresponse, no overshoot and steady-state error small control of the speed; In currentloop, the vector control combined with PI control are adopted to realize the precisecontrol of the current; In position loop, P control is adopted to realize the highprecision control.Again, the digital AC driver based on DSP of hardware circuit and softwareimplementation of the system control algorithm are introduced.Finally, the PMSLM servo system experiment platform is set up, and the relatedexperiments of the current loop, velocity loop and position loop control are carried outrespectively.
