Aiming of the requirement of establishing the synchronous control between the fore and real transmission rollers driven by A.C. motor and the fixing transmission rollers driven by D.C. motor by the reformation project of the secondary milling of Shao-guan steel Marking plant for their double-side sheering machine.The author of the present paper carried out experiment in the net-web laboratory of Central South university to simulate the practical working state.The present paper compared the advantage and disadvantage for several kinds of conventional synchronistic controlling schemes, and integrated with the practical working state of the simulated system at first, and the finally selected a principal and subordinate synchronistic controlling scheme. Because of that, the principal and subordinate synchronistic controlling itself existing certain hysteresises, the methmatic modal for A.C. electric motor to be a higher order, non-linear and strong coupling multi-variate system, and the vector control in incomplete coupling-integration, it is necessary to design a controller with strong robust ability to over come the above problems. Thereby, a furry control technique, i.e. intelligent control technique, is introduced , which has strongly robust ability, suitable for non-linear, time variation and hysteresis system control, and in special has widely development space in the controlling field. Based on the controlling system meationed above has the characteristics of wide in speed conditioning range, frequent in work-on and work off, a parameter self-conditional fuzzy controller is selected to improve the dynamic performance of the system, and finally propose a kind of novel synchronistic controlling scheme for A.C. and D.C. electric motor system based on fuzzy control combined with vector control.Sequentially an indentification experiment for the proposed synchronous controlling scheme of both A.C. and D.C. electric motors was carried out in the net-web supervision and control experiment, Central-south University, by using Siemens's 6SE70 frequency variation set's vector controlling function to control frequency and speed of the A.C. electric motor and using Siemens's S7-300PLC to realize the automatic conditioning of parameter via furry control, as well as via PROFIBUS-DP to carryout data communication of between the principal and subordinate stations in-site. The experimental results show that the propose scheme is certainly feasible and be gaining ideal synchronotic controlling effect for the A.C. and D.C. electric motor.
