In recent years, China vigorously develops the smart grid, it is significant tooptimize the allocation of resources and to improve the reliability of power supply andto energy saving and environmental protection. Distribution automation is the key tosmart grid construction, distribution network analysis is based on accurate and rapidflow calculation and network reconfiguration can achieve the economic optimaloperation of the distribution network. This paper circumfuse the three-phasedistribution network flow calculation, economic reconstruction, as well as both of thatwhen distributed generation access to the distribution network.Firstly, the three phase distribution network power flow calculation algorithm anddistribution network reconfiguration method are researched. The paper establishes themathematical models of distribution feeders, transformers and load of the three-phase;discusses the different classification of three-phase power flow calculation methodsand algorithms for power flow calculation; and proposes a combination of Jacobipretreatment CGS three-phase flow algorithm which in view of the existing variousflow algorithm in solving large-scale flaws in distribution network power flowcalculation, and the solution of the large-scale sparse linear equations iterativealgorithm is introduced into the optimal effect of the power flow calculation; thesimulation and analysis of IEEE33,IEEE57,IEEE118,IEEE300standard system showthat the algorithm has good convergence and high solving speed, especially in solvinglarge-scale and very large scale of power distribution network.Secondly, the biological artificial cultivated hybrid method is introduced into thedistribution network reconfiguration in the paper, it introduced the principle anddistribution network of artificial cultivated hybrid branch classification method; itemphasis on chromosome coding method and the initialization and hybrid process,artificial cultivation, restoration of infeasible solution in the process of reconstructed;A new method of distribution network reconfiguration which is based on artificialcultivated hybrid is proposed; the simulation and analysis of IEEE33,IEEE68standardsystem prove the reconstruction algorithm has a good robustness and fast convergencewhich the paper proposed.At last, this article also study the power flow calculation and distribution networkreconfiguration method extensibility by thinking about distributed power access to the distribution network. It introduced several kind of mathematical model of thedistributed power; it discusses the distributed power in power flow calculation andnode of distribution network reconfiguration type conversion processing way; Intreating of distributed power supply is given power flow calculation and reconstructionprocess; Simulation and analyses, respectively, in this paper, the proposed algorithm isapplicable.
