In this paper, for the dragon to Qingdao road Laixi (Shen Hai) to Chengyang engineering design, to fast track construction of a link between two places in Laixi Chengyang, the transportation between cities is more convenient, so that both to accelerate the flow of material in the process of transportation, reduce expenses, and to places and regions along the the road of economic development, the formation of this road on the multi-dimensional development model.The design of road is an important part of Qinglong expressway, connecting Jimo east line starting point to the small port by using existing crane hill road, a small port east coastal highway section of the four lane highway, the design speed of80km/hour, roadbed width of24.5meters, the coastal highway to the North Han Jia Ling with dual two lane highway standard, the design speed of80km/hour, roadbed width of12meters. Jimo connecting line is full-length18.420km (new road13.148km), permanent covers an area of53.275hectares, roadbed fill540800cubic meters,440700cubic meters of excavation; set up a total of1bridges, bridge3, bridge4, channel2,34culvert.
