Servo system was one of the key components of slotted rotating cylinder fixed wing flutter excitation system mainly for new aircraft flutter stereotypes flight test.However, there was no the domestic products to meet the requirements of flight. Then need to carry out special technology research and product development. The topic was based flutter DC servo system with high precision control, fast response, wide range of excitation frequency, excitation force amplitude control, anti-interference ability, small geometric dimensions and other technical characteristics. Has focused on rare earth permanent magnet DC servo system design, control driver design, rare earth permanent magnet servo motor selection design and related trial activities. In the servo system design aspects, focusing on the flutter servo system control performance, mechanical and electrical characteristics, operating characteristics and other technical issues. In the controller design, in-depth analysed the servo system requirements for the speed, the position and others,and explicit control thinking. Analyse Open-loop part of the intelligent, fuzzy/PID closed loop control and coordinated control strategy was analysed. Analysed control driver modules and formed detailed program. Control driver software design was Completed. In selection phase of rare earth permanent magnet servo motor design, combined with the actual flight flutter test case to determine the rare earth permanent magnet DC motor servo volume size, shape, drive capability, the drive mechanism, installation and other applicable requirements. The motor field finite element analysis results was given. By assembly and laboratory testing, the servo system indicators of the speed follower, mechanical zero position control, real-time speed synchronization, real-time synchronization, and position synchronization and differential environmental requirements, which adhere to the design requirements. Confirmed the thesis of technological paths and implementation of programs to meet the needs of flutter flight test execitation.
