As the development of modern control theory, the power electronics and so on,the application range of the servo system is also more and more widely. As one motor used in a servo system, brushless dc motor is of simple structure, convenient maintenance and good speed regulating performance. In many fields, such as robot,electric vehicles and medical equipment, it has been widely applied. This topic chooses brushless dc motor, the fuzzy PID intelligent control theory and advanced control chip TMS320F2812 DSP to design the brushless dc motor servo control system.For higher performance requirements for servo control system, the traditional PID algorithm is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. For realizing the high precision control of the system,this design adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm in the system position loop, through the principle of fuzzy PID parameters to blur and real-time adjustment parameter values, and the speed loop and current loop of the system adopts the traditional PI control algorithm.The main designs of this paper are the fuzzy PID controller, the system software part and hardware part. I also use the SIMULINK part of MATLAB to set up system model and observe the simulation result. In hardware design part, it mainly complete control circuit, drive circuit, protection circuit and detection circuit design. In the software design part, it mainly completes the design of the main program and interrupt subroutine. In addition, I also use CCS3.3 development environment to write and compile the program. After the completion of the software part and hardware part design, online system experiment was carried out. The test results show that the system achieves the expected effect, and it has good dynamic static characteristics and fast tracking speed.
