Warm-recycled mix asphalt(WRMA) technology is a new technology of road indu stry,the technology set warm mix asphalt(WMA) technology and hot-recycled mix asph alt(HRMA), which integrates the advantages of the technology. Can not only lower the t emperature in the preparation and construction,slow down the old asphalt aging,and ma kes the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) recycling,saving resources.At the same time i t is very beneficial to environmental protection Yet WRMA technology especially SMA RAP relevant WRMA technology is still in the stage of theoretical research,under the action of the warm mix agent and RAP composite,its performance, especially the fati gue performance study is less,leading to long-term durability of the related technology is not clear,so need to study fatigue performance of WRMA with SMA technology.Due to the factors affecting asphalt mixture fatigue is more, in order to determine the RAP on the properties of SMA asphalt mixture fatigue effect,on the basis of consi dering the practical engineering adopted two kinds of mix design method. The first is t o aggregate shall be carried out in accordance with the each mesh sieve, ensure that ta rget the accuracy of grading. Hot-mix asphalt with SMA under the dosage of0%RAP mix design,determine the grading and the optimum oil-stone ratio,and as renewable ta rget gradation and oil-stone ratio of SMA asphalt mixture with0%,20%and30%the three RAP content; Another method is considering the engineering practice,is not carri ed out in accordance with the each mesh sieve.To mix design for HRMA with SMA under RAP content of0%,20%and30%, respectively, to determine their grading and the optimum oil-stone ratio.Finally on the basis of the above design add3%Sasobit,d ry mixing method and wet mixing method is used to WRMA,and verifing the perform ance of SMA asphalt mixture with high temperature,low temperature and water stabilit v.In this paper,the aggregate screening and aggregate is not screening in the design of two kinds of mix, dosage of RAP in0%,20%and30%cases,HRMA with SMA a nd Sasobit WRMA with SMA of two different mixing ways (dry mixing method and wet mixing method),under three different strain levels (750micro-strain,950micro-strai n,1150micro-strain) four-point bending fatigue test, the summary stiffness modulus,the fatigue life,accumulated dissipation and phase Angle of primary data,the data change r ule,and the phenomenological method and cumulative dissipation method can analyze t he test results,revealing the relationship between the parameters.Based on the study of the Sasobit WRMA with SMA fatigue data,from different RAP content,different asphalt mixture technology and mixing process,analyse Sasobit WRMA witn SMA fatigue performance, and reveal the RAP content,warm mix technol ogy and warm mix technology,the law of influence on fatigue performance of WRMA with SMA.Combination of the internal factors influencing the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture were analyzed,and the contrast aggregate screening and aggregate is no t screening method for fatigue test results,puts forward some measures to improve the fatigue performance.
