The rapid growth of the domestic economic increases domestic consumption level. High-value fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood consumption increase every year, so refrigerated freight transport volume is also increasing, particularly cold chain transportation have been widely used in fruits, vegetables, dairy products and medicine. It is significant to control freight’s temperature for refrigerated transport because temperature frequently drastic changes may affect the product quality. So in transportation, temperature control for the protection of product quality plays a vital role. So, it is significant to research and analysis the temperature distribution and temperature variation of carriages and packaging containers.However, the freight of cold-chain transportation is relatively high, and it needs to consume large amount of energy to maintain a low temperature. The refrigeration system will consume40%diesel in the transportation process. In the thesis, the author selects the cooling temperature and time and the transportation mode reasonably with the prejudice of no damage to the package, in order to reduce energy consumption, thereby reducing the transportation cost. Hence, we can achieve the purpose of the optimum transportation packing scheme for protecting the package.This project aims at reducing the refrigerated freight transport packaging cost, and it includes three aspects:In the thesis, the author proposes the designing method of the refrigerated freight packaging, and focuses on the analysis of the corrugated carton’s compressive strength and stacking strength in low temperature environment, guarantees the freight does not damage in transportation and reduce the ratio of damages. The research lies the foundation for the compressive strength of corrugated carton and guides the reference of the corrugated carton, which has guiding significance for standardization and normalization of the refrigerated freight transport packaging.The author utilizes calculating fluid mechanics and heat transfer analyses heat exchange when refrigeration equipment begin to work, and theoretical analyses heat exchange processes about refrigerated lorry and corrugated carton, builds the thermal balance equation about corrugated carton. The author use ANSYS FLOTRAN software analyses heat exchange, simulates temperature distribution where refrigerated lorry and freight area and the freight temperature non-linear change. The author takes the refrigerated lorry as the research object and pears as the freight. The calculation model for solving the temperature distribution is established. The author selects two kinds of refrigeration temperatures (0℃,3℃) and two kinds of refrigerated method. The data indicates that when the refrigeration temperature is3℃and equipment working time is10minutes, close time is15minutes, the energy of1.05×103KJ is reduced compared with the refrigeration temperature was0℃, working time was15minutes and the closing time was20minutes. It also provided a reliable theoretical basis for reasonable selection of the optimal combination mode of cooling fan temperature and cooling time, reducing transportation costs, and realizing energy conservation and emissions reduction.In the thesis, the author creates a choosing model of refrigerated freight transport based on AHP method. Though analyzing and calculating the indicators and various schemes, we can obtain the optimal scheme. The results are quantified and intuitional. Analysis shows that the evaluation model is effective, objective. Finally, a reasonable means of transport to cut down its cost is found.
