In 2020,due to the dual impact of the Covid-19 pandemic spreading and the plunge in oil prices,the financial markets and real economies of many countries have suffered heavy losses,and the global economy is facing the risk of recession.Chinese economy was also hit hard.In the first quarter,GDP fell by 6.8% year-on-year,and economic growth slowed significantly.In the face of severe economic conditions,all kinds of business pressures have increased dramatically.In order to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce market environment competition,continuously optimizing the business philosophy,improving management efficiency,reducing product costs,improving service quality,and enhancing its core competitiveness are the best solutions.In this trend,companies should quickly upgrade their management models,especially the rational selection and optimization of suppliers,so as to achieve effective management and control of operating costs,maximize resource integration,and gain the initiative in market competition.The article starts with the basic theory of supplier performance evaluation,studies the development process and significance of supplier performance evaluation,combines the current situation of power grid material supplier performance evaluation work,to find out existing problems.Then,taking the distribution transformer as an example,by consulting literature,conducting questionnaires,consultation and exchanges,to clarify the principles of constructing the evaluation index system,and form the distribution transformer supplier performance evaluation index system.Secondly,using the theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,to model and analyze the performance evaluation of distribution transformer suppliers,so as to the calculation method and calculation steps are described in detail,and the weight of each indicator is obtained.Finally,combined with actual cases,the optimization measures are proposed and the existing information tools are used for algorithm simulation.By focusing on the performance evaluation system of typical power grid equipment suppliers,this paper tries to solve the problems of single performance evaluation model of current grid material suppliers and lack of methods.It is a new attempt to explore and build a differentiated evaluation model for key equipment.From the practical application point of view,this paper can improve the power enterprises' understanding of supplier performance evaluation,and play an active role in supplier classification management and strategic supplier cultivation.
