Under the background of the social economy rapid development,people's living standards continue to improve,so the demand of all fields electric power is becoming higher and higher.In order to meet the increasing demand,improve the system structure of electric power system,we must pay attention to the construction of the power grid,to speed up the development of power grid.Distribution network is an important part of power system,power system load center,and modernization is an important infrastructure,so the distribution network planning is very important.A planning scheme is directly related to the stand that power can be smoothly from power stations to the user,and it plays a decisive role for the safe operation of the system and the long-term development of the national economy.To solve above problems,the main research content of this paper is as follows:firstly,introduces the research status of distribution network planning and its existing problems.Secondly,this paper expounds the distribution network planning evaluation content,evaluation principle of power distribution network planning and distribution network planning and evaluation of the specific process.On the basis,the paper introduced the evaluation of power distribution network planning method,including,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the power grid,the paper carefully analysied the status and regional characteristics of zhuozhou city,established the evaluation index system of a distribution network planning.Finally,as zhuozhou city an example,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the three solutions in the region and select the optimal solution.Thus the paper proved the feasibility and practicability of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process on the power distribution network planning research.
