Study On Architectural Protectual Andrenewal Of The Zhongshan Road Historic Area In Qsingdao

While urbanization is in high speed developing, architecture protection and renewal of the historical districts has become a popular topic. Regarding this, foreigners have systemic researches. But in our country, the design、material、craft、structure of the historical buildings in different areas have much difference with the similar patterns in foreign countries. They have the bright Chinese architectural feature. So, it is necessary to explore the topic of the architecture protection and renewal which is suitable to our country.Qingdao is a famous cultural city which has100years old. It contains large number of historical buildings. Zhongshan road blocks is the cradle of Qingdao city, who has important historical value, cultural value and high research value. In the text, the author compares the cases in Qingdao Zhongshan Road historical districts recent years. The theories about protection and renewal have been summarized, both the domestic and international excellent case. The theories of whole protection and organic renewal have also been introduced. The text mainly discussed three problems including buildings protection and renewal、fitting new buildings with old、blocks overall environment protection. On the basis of investigation and research, It summarized the metheds of buildings protection and renewal according to their protection rank. At last, the text has brought forward some suggestions on the architecture protection and renewal in Qingdao.
