| As the earliest blocks of urban where hold economic activities, historic blocksbecome the most representative core block since the city development.Carrying thethe main city function blocks on the wane due to the impact of market economy inrecent years, leaving the confused space organization,depraved space environment,unreasonable economic structure,maladjusted social form structure etc problem.Thehistorical block of Zhongshan road is not exceptional also, the missing block vitalityand destruction historical style has been increasing attention by the municipalgovernment and the social people from all walks of life.Through the several timesstudy of the patterns of conservation and renewal by experts from home and abroad,both in theory and practice has achieved fruitful results. However, the activity ofZhongshan road decreased after a short-lived revival,the revitalization of vigor ofZhongshan road is still our key research topic.The author take space syntax theoryinto the study of block spatial form, be based on a new point of view and method tostudy the reform mode about Zhongshan road.After40years of development and research, space syntax has its complete andscientific architecture theory after the stage of formation, development, demonstration,and improve and perfect.This paper focuses on the application of space syntax aboutblocks’s renewal and transformation. Firstly,we will analyzing space form based onthe point of view of macro, meso and micro,summarizes the problems existing in thepresent situation, thus put forward relevant improvement measures; Secondly, on thebasis of the theory of space syntax to analysis the feature of space form about theplanning scheme, then we can analyses the merit and weakness of the two spatialform;Finally,summarize the significance of application of space syntax on theprotection and renovation about historic blocks,thus cultivating the explorationability of unknown territory through the learning of new theory. |
